All Full Service Bartending Includes:

• 1 bar set up
• 4 hours of service (Under 150 guests beer/wine only 1 bartender/150+ guests beer/wine only 2 bartenders/any cocktail service no matter guest count 2 bartenders 150+ guests 1 barback as well)
  • All bartenders are fully insured and hold an Event Bartender License issued by the Oklahoma ABLE Commission
• Consultation to plan all details and create a custom drink menu
• Custom alcohol shopping list (host responsible for all alcohol purchasing and delivery to event)
• Arrive early to set up and prep drinks
• All necessary chilling ice and coolers
• Garnishes, non-alcoholic mixers, cups, straws, and cocktail napkins will be provided
• All Full Service Bartending packages include mocktail service (except for beer and wine only-can be added for additional fee)
• Customized menu with a fun display!
• Clean up the bar station and enjoy making wonderful memories with you and your party guests!!

Designed for couples who want a seamless, stress-free wedding day from the very beginning, our Cheers Before the Ceremony brings professional bar service to your wedding morning. From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, one of our licensed bartenders serves your bridal party from a central location, keeping drinks refreshed while creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere filled with anticipation and excitement.

Our licensed bartender handles the beverage service so you and your wedding party can sip, celebrate, and enjoy getting ready without worrying about who is serving the drinks. Our service is structured with Oklahoma alcohol-service requirements in mind, helping keep your celebration professional, responsible, and compliant while you focus on the moments that matter most.

From the first mimosa to the final toast before heading down the aisle, we take care of the bar so you can be fully present for the start of your wedding day.

Mocktail Service/Dirty Soda Bar

$750 for 4 hours of service 

Additional $100 for more than 250 guests

• Consultation to plan all bar details and create a custom drink menu 
• Arrive early and set up bar and prep for serving
• 1 bar setup
• All necessary chilling ice and coolers
• Garnishes, non-alcoholic mixers, cups, straws, and cocktail napkins will be provided
• Customized menu with fun display!
• Clean up bar station and enjoy making wonderful memories with you and your party!

We provide these additional services at the fees listed below. Please ask about additional services at the time of booking.

• Additional hour(s) of bartending $75 per bartender

• Additional bartender $300 for 4 hours

• Additional barback $100 for 4 hours

• Upgraded Drinkware $3 per person – Our upgraded disposable drinkware offers the polished look of traditional glassware with the convenience and durability of premium disposables. It elevates your bar presentation, photographs beautifully, and allows guests to enjoy a more upscale experience without the worry of broken glass.

• Mocktail service/Soda Bar $350 added to Beer & Wine Only package

• Additional bar set up $500 (will include a 3rd bartender)
