Our Coordination Team will alleviate the stress that comes with the day of your event.  Your Coordinator will start by reviewing the details of your event plans, including the timeline, vendor contracts, and any special requests. Your Coordinator will then create a comprehensive schedule, identifying key moments such as the arrival of the wedding party, the ceremony, reception, and any other activities.

On the day of the event, your Coordinator will serve as the point of contact for all vendors, ensuring that they arrive on time and have everything they need.  Your Coordinator will oversee the setup of the venue, including the decor, seating arrangements, and any other necessary elements.  Your Coordinator will also coordinate with the officiant, musicians, photographers, and other professionals to ensure everyone is aware of the schedule. During the event your Coordinator will handle any unforeseen issues, manage the flow of the event, cueing different activities such as speeches, dances, and the cutting of the cake.

Overall, your Coordinator will help relieve the stress and pressure associated with orchestrating a wedding or special event.  Your Coordinator will take care of the logistics, allowing you to focus on what matters most — celebrating with your loved ones and creating beautiful memories.

Non-alcoholic hydration station offers various beverages and refreshments.  The station can offer a range of options such as infused water, fruit juices, tea, flavored lemonades, or canned sodas.

Your Hydration Station would include:

• 3 choices of infused water, tea, flavored lemonade, or fruit juices
• 4 choices of canned colas
• 1 set up location
